Introduction to Sharman’s Architecture Department
Although Sharman’s Architecture and Urban Planning Department officially began its activities in 2010, the architects of this group initiated their professional endeavors in the year 2000 by establishing an engineering company providing engineering services.
After a decade of work and the completion of several projects, they decided to launch their independent architectural office alongside Sharman. The result of over 13 years of continuous design work encompasses 1.8 million square meters of various projects, including commercial, residential, service-oriented, recreational, medical, health, landscaping, and park projects.
Currently, more than 78 individuals are working full-time and part-time in various departments of Sharman’s headquarters (outside of Canada), contributing to both domestic and international projects.
Planning, Studies, and Feasibility
Studies and Planning for projects referred to the Sharman office, along with the preparation of technical and economic justification plans, are one of the crucial branches of Sharman Group’s Architecture Department. This is carried out comprehensively and thoroughly within this office.
Study and Research in Architecture
In addition to architectural design services, considering the academic and research backgrounds of Sharman’s stakeholders, a middle section named the Research Unit has been established. This unit conducts studies on topics that can have a significant impact on the construction industry, independent of financial interests. The outcome of these studies is the presentation of scientific articles, with their publication in academic journals.
Conceptual Project Design
The SHARMAN Conceptual Design Group is a professional team of young and creative architects who can develop the initial ideas resulting from project studies in the best possible way. They are artistic designers and architects with visionary ideas, providing the highest-quality professional responses using advanced technology and specialized tools.
Engineering Services
We, in the Engineering Services Division, are the provider for all technical and engineering needs of architectural and urban projects designed in the SHARMAN office. Our services include the preparation of detailed drawings in the fields of architecture, structure, mechanical, and electrical.
Project Management and Control
The Project Control and Engineering Management Department is one of the most important and sensitive divisions of SHARMAN Company. With experienced engineers and architects, this department is responsible for transforming the technical documents and architectural ideas of the project into reality, namely the construction process.
Market Study
The latest and arguably the most crucial department of SHARMAN Company is the Market Studies and Marketing Division, tasked with understanding the target market of the project and audience profiling. Providing and presenting economically justified plans tailored to the target market for capital procurement, as well as project risk management, are among the services offered to clients by the professional team of SHARMAN engineers.
