Project Description

The Caspian project, situated on a 45-hectare land, was designed in 2012 by the architectural and urban planning team at SHARMAN. This is a mega-project that includes an 87-story tower with office use and a 5-star hotel, in addition to a very luxurious shopping center with modern and unique architecture.
A large Mega Mall, spanning 12 floors and incorporating numerous shops and large retailers along with specialized recreational and service centers, has been designed next to this tower.
It overlooks an artificial lake and a modern water park, designed within an area of 12 hectares.
