Project Description

Persia Coastal Village, a residential and recreational town located alongside the beach on a 20-hectare land, was designed in 2014 by the architectural team at Sharman.
Currently, 4 out of 8 phases of the project have been fully implemented.
This project comprises 1,875 residential units, including apartments and villas. In addition to the residences, there are two schools, three recreational parks, and a beach park. A marina with facilities for parking private boats is also planned.
Furthermore, a shopping center with all recreational and welfare amenities has been developed, covering an area of 50,000 square meters.
