Project Description

This is a distinctive residential project planned and designed on a 7,500-square-meter plot of land. It comprises a total of 63 apartment units, designed in two separate blocks with a shared lobby and parking facility across 10 floors.
Noteworthy features of this design include the structural design and its coordination with the architectural concept of the project.
The columns of the structure have the ability to change position at an angle of 37 degrees, essentially creating two different structures for the parking areas and the floors above.
This has enabled the project architects to have more technical and creative flexibility in designing the apartment units.
