Project Description
The Star Project is a multifunctional residential complex with various purposes, consisting of 15 residential towers with a total capacity of 1877 apartment units.
The use of pre-stressed ceiling technology is incorporated to enhance the structural security for seismic control (considering the seismic characteristics of the region). This mega project was commissioned to the SHARMAN office in 2018.
Due to the urgency of the client to commence the construction operations, a total of 4 independent architectural teams, led by the senior architect of the company (Nader GHARAKHAN), initiated the study and design phases for both architectural and structural aspects.
Additionally, this project features a large shopping center in the central part of the site, designed and implemented across 4 floors, with an approximate area of 45,000 square meters.
