Project Description
The 5-star Top Rose Hotel, located on one of the most beautiful and touristy islands in the Middle East region, has been designed with a capacity of 700 rooms on a 25,000 square meter plot of land alongside the coast.
This stunning hotel was commissioned to Sharman’s office in 2016. The project’s concept draws inspiration from the climatic features of the island, incorporating sustainable architectural design and planning.
Classified among the most luxurious hotels under construction on this beautiful coral island, the hotel’s construction was completed in 2022.
