Project Description

The TANDIS Commercial Tower is an urban shopping center located in the center of a desert city. It was conceptually designed in 2018 by the architectural office of Sharman.
This relatively small-scale urban shopping center is designed with high flexibility in floor use to adapt to changing demands in the market and the target community of the project.
The project consists of 14 floors, including 5 parking floors, 1 floor for recreational and gaming spaces, 2 commercial floors, and the remaining floors dedicated to the administrative offices of companies.
